needs to reach deep inside himself for the answers. If you have any interest in
leadership you should take the test as well. It will make you think and re-think
your calling.
The author does not mince words. He acknowledges that the pass/fail ratio of
the leadership test is not good, but he provides a crystal clear roadmap for
what it takes to be a true leader.
