It's obvious that the author comes from the world of academia – Professor of Business administration at Harvard. The book is laid out like a teaching aide. Clayton gives a great overview in the introduction. He then builds on his premise chapter by chapter giving many intriguing real world examples and oodles of supporting data. The book finishes up with a case study, a summary of the book, and finally, a group guide. Talk about hammering it home! One can’t help but have a good understanding of disruptive technology and how to deal with it after reading this book. It is important reading for any one in a management position. Enjoy.
