Co-Creation is about companies working with their stakeholders in new

company’s strategy. Yes, there is an example in the book for that too!
The beauty is that not only does co-creation increase the level of
engagement of all stakeholders involved, but it’s cheaper than the
alternatives and results in products and services that generate more
revenue. I guess that’s why the authors refer to it as a “win more-win
more” approach.
