You may not have read this one yet, but you have probably heard of it.
There is a revised 1981 edition, but any one will do. This book is truly a
classic. It’s been around since the 30’s. It’s sold millions of copies.
Training courses based on the book continue to be taught all over the
world today. The introduction mentions an American Institute of
Engineering study which found that 15% of one's financial success is due
to one's technical knowledge. 85% is due to skill in human engineering –
to personality and the ability to lead people. This book lays out the
principles required to improve in the human engineering department. It is
loaded with time-honored wisdom about life. As you can see by the rating,
it’s highly recommended. If more people were to read it, there is no doubt
that the world would be a better place.
