Title:  Fish:  A Remarkable Way to Boost Morale and
Improve Results
Author:  Stephen C. Lundin, Ph.D., Harry Paul, and
John Christensen
Stars:  ***

Fish is a parable about how a manager transforms a lifeless back office
department known as the “toxic waste dump” into a vibrant, productive, fun
place to work.  She also transforms her life in the process.  She does so
by employing the 4 principles made famous at Pike Place Fish Market in
Seattle:  Choose your attitude, Play, Make Their Day, and Be Present.  The
principles are sound and the parable steps the reader through how they
can be introduced and instilled in the workforce to transform an
organization.  Good Stuff.
