book) and share them in vivid detail. Provide “moment of truth” stories

place.” - Describe how good thing will be if everyone lives the values – the
“better place.” As a manager, you don’t necessarily need to know how
to get to the better place. The team members will help figure that out. - Explain how they will achieve significance, belonging, and self worth if
they live the values. - Get on with living them.
